Otto Wallin (8-0, 6 KOs) is back in action on Saturday night following his devastating second-round TKO victory over Vjekoslav Bajic last weekend. The Swedish heavyweight takes on Croatian Jakov Gospic (15-10, 11 KOs) at the EWE Arena in Oldenburg, Germany.
‘’I was really pleased with my performance last weekend. I had been training really hard and I think that showed in the ring,’’ said Wallin.
‘’I’m looking forward to fighting again so soon. Bajic only lasted one round so I still feel fresh and I’m ready to get another victory. I think Gospic will be a step up. I expect him to pose more problems than Bajic, but if the opportunity comes for another early stoppage, I’m going to take it. I want to finish the year on a high!’’
Wallin is the latest addition to a bumper bill in Oldenburg. Juergen Braehmer defends his WBA World Light Heavyweight Champion against Pawel Glazewski, Jack Culcay meets Karim Merroudj for the European Light Middleweight title and rising German super middleweight star Tyron Zeuge takes on Stjepan Bozic for the IBF International crown.
