[PHOTOS] “BOXEO AL MAXIMO” PRODUCED BY MIGUEL COTTO – NOMINATED FOR AN EMMY(R) AWARD THROUGH THE SUNCOAST CHAPTER

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 20, 2015) – Miguel Cotto Promotions announced this morning that the National Academy of Television, Arts and Sciences, through the Suncoast Chapter, has honored his Boxing program, Boxeo al Máximo, with an Emmy® award nomination.

The “Boxeo al Máximo” team was nominated in the following categories:

Sporting Event/Game: “Boxeo al Máximo” – Ariel Ferrer (Graphic Designer), Hector Santos (TV Producer) and Bryan Perez (TV Producer), Miguel A. Cotto (TV Executive Producer) and Hector H. Soto (TV Executive Producer ).

Boxeo al Máximo, presents a monthly boxing show as part of a new agreement with Univision Puerto Rico. The next event is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, from Comerio’s Municipal Auditorium.

Reigning WBC, Ring Magazine and Lineal Middleweight World Champion Miguel Cotto (40-4, 33 KOs) is currently in Los Angeles training at Wild Card Boxing Club in preparation of his Saturday, Nov. 21 showdown against former WBC and WBA Super Welterweight World Champion Canelo Alvarez (45-1-1, 32 KOs) which will be produced and distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View from The Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
