Top German cruiserweight prospect Noel Gevor (14-0, 8 KOs) will face Tamas Polster (17-7-1, 9 KOs) at the Nordic Fight Night on Saturday (December 13) at the Albertslund MusikTeatret in Copenhagen.
Gevor returns following the seventh-round TKO of Tamas Lodi in Kiel, Germany, to take on the Hungarian ‘Psycho’.
‘’I’m really looking forward to getting back into the ring,’’ said the Hamburg-based boxer. ‘’My last fight was in September. Since then I haven’t taking any time off, I was straight back into the gym, so I’m in great shape and ready for Polster on Saturday night.
‘’This will be my sixth fight this year and hopefully my sixth victory. It will be a good experience for me to fight in Denmark. I want to put on a good show for the Danish fans.’’
Gevor joins an action packed line up in Copenhagen featuring Danish boxing brothers Patrick and Micki Nielsen, and rising Swedish star Erik Skoglund.
Patrick Nielsen (22-1, 11 KOs) returns from defeat in a must win fight against Lukasz Wawrzyczek (20-3-2, 3 KOs), younger brother Micki Nielsen (15-0, 12 KOs) faces former Mikkel Kessler opponent Gusmyr Perdomo (21-4, 14 KOs) and Erik Skoglund (21-0, 11 KOs) takes on former world champion Glen Johnson (54-19-2, 37 KOs).
